• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee service availability or pricing

Flight-Back Guarantee: While we track flights and ensure timely returns, you are ultimately responsible for catching your connecting flight. We recommend only booking if you have adequate layover time (12+ hours recommended).

Activity Risks: Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow safety guidelines provided by our partners and guides.

Service Limitations: Hopster acts as a coordinator between travelers and activity providers. We are not responsible for acts of God, weather conditions, flight delays, or actions of third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hopster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Hopster's website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hopster and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without permission.
